Return & Refund Policy

At MUH DHOLE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Soaps or skincare products that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how and where to send the item back.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival, etc.).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement and redeliver the product with in 10 days


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our policy.
